A Few Thoughts for Today

Just a few thoughts for today.

What I Saw Last Night...
I was at my kitchen sink and looked out the window. To my surprise, I saw a beautiful, vibrant rainbow. Of course, I thought it was just part of one. When I stepped outside to get a better look, I could see a half-circle rainbow. Of course, I didn't have time to grab the good camera just my iPad, so the picture does not do it justice!

This Morning...
Hubby and I were up at 5:45 am to head to the gym. We try to get in 4-6 workouts a week. Remember yesterday's post about banana bread? I made some last night and that was my breakfast.

What I'm reading...
I am reading Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World by Michael Hyatt. Great business book. It's really making me think.

Scripture to Share...
{Same verse just different translations.}
(NIV) Proverbs 16: 23-24 - The hearts of the wise make their mouths prudent, and their lips promote instruction. Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

(ERV) Proverbs 16: 23-24 - Wise people always think before they speak, so what they say is worth listening to. Kind words are like honey; they are easy to accept and good for your health.
